Andrew H. Lippstone
Andy Lippstone is a skilled litigation and transactional attorney with nearly 20 years of experience representing corporations, government entities, and individuals in corporate, administrative, and commercial law matters. He previously served as general counsel to a healthcare company, and before that, was the chief legal counsel to Governor Jack Markell of Delaware. In that role, Andy directed all legal and policy operations for the Governor; oversaw and directed outside counsel in dozens of high-stakes matters; and helped spearhead the Governor’s legislative and policy agendas. For his work in the public sector, Andy was awarded the Order of the First State, Delaware’s highest civilian honor.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude) and the University of Virginia School of Law, Andy formerly served as a law clerk to Vice Chancellor Leo E. Strine, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery. He is licensed to practice law in Delaware and Texas.
